At 23 weeks its nothing to worry about. I think i read that at 28 wks a third of babies are breech, but by 37 weeks, only 3% are. Even if baby does stay breech, they can try to turn her from the outside, and tell you things you can do to encourage her to go head down. Its not really considered a potential problem at this point.

Sounds like colostrum the stuff that comes in before milk. I got it with my daughter at 21wks, and this baby at 7, its perfectly normal.

Well if you are pregnant it should definately show up on a test by now. I cant advise on brands (in in Aus) but i do know false positives are very rare regardless of the brand so chances are you would be ok. Is there a pregnancy centre or somewhere you could get a test done for free?

Sounds like he has already broken your heart. Truthfully, that guy needs a kick in the butt. Motherhood aint easy. We arent supermodels and you do look thin in your pics. Grrr…i hate guys like that. Sounds like he is just using you. He needs to get his priorities right.

Possible, but very rare. Depends on when bub decides do implant, but usually this is not for at least a couple more days.

If you are still unsure, go to the drs and get a blood test. I was on the pill when i got pregnant this time… it can happen.

I felt the exact same way when i was pregnant with my daughter. I just wanted her OUT NOW! When she did arrive i wanted her back in there…i didnt believe people when they said what a newborn was like and to enjoy the remaining time while i was pregnant…
It’ll be over soon enough. You will look back and wonder where the time went!

With my daughter i had a dating scan at 10wks 4 days, then the morphology scan at 19wks 1 day. This time around i had a dating scan at 7 wks and my morphology scan is feb 5th at about 20wks. Alot of women only have one if they know when the concieved. 2 if you arent sure. There is also the option of the nuchal scan at between 11 – 13wks ish to check to downs risk. I guess it varies hospital to hospital as well.

sounds like bub will be here before 40 wks…i heard that once you have a show (sounds like you did) its less than 2 weeks until bub turns up. I dont actually know what a show looks like, didnt have mine until i was 9cm dilated, and by then i was too out of it with pain to care.

If you are on here worrying about if things will work out or not, it sounds like you have half a mind to keep it. When it comes down to it it is your decision.

I just saw that this morning. Its good i guess though somewhat unrealistic (but hey its the movies!!!). I found parts of it hard to watch because it brought back exactly how i felt when i was pregnant with my daughter.

I read in a book that it is advisable to sleep on your side, but if you wake up and you are lying on your belly, to not worry. Im 16 wks now, and go to sleep on my side, often wake up on part of my belly – hasnt done me or bub any harm so far.

I dont know what is in Mucinex, but i do know taking cold and flu tablets is a no-no in pregnancy. Go to the chemist/pharmacy and ask. They will know what is safe and what’s not.

Nothing wrong with talking about names early! It takes a long time to find one that you are both happy with! I didnt have a name for my daughter until the day after she was born.

I got pregnant this time around on the pill, and have heard of other ppl that have too so its not exactly foolproof. The first time i was on the pill, i was told to take it at the same time everyday, but if i forgot to take it within 4 hrs of when i usually would and it would still be effective. However, if the gap was longer than this, or if i missed one completely, to use another for of protection for one week. I guess it depends on when you usually take it, and how long after you did this time.

Well i hate to sound nasty, but yes its possible that it could last the whole pregnancy. For most women it eases off after the first trimester, but not all. I have known people to have it the entire pregnancy.
I have heard that the baby will take what it needs nutritionally even when you are really sick. Some people lose weight in the first trimester, but this wont hurt your baby.
Are you taking a pregnancy vitamin/supplement? These are packed full of all the good stuff babies need, and could ease your mind if you are worried about nutrition.
Sorry, but no advice on the migranes. I was plagued by them in my pregnancy with my daughter, but nothing seemed to help me.

    Hope that helped a little!:)

Do a pregnancy test or go to the drs for a blood test. If you are pregnant, they can also recommend things to help with morning sickness.

His grandmother sounds like jess’s grandmother. Exactly. On our last meeting, i ignored her completely, and jess started bawling whenever she looked at her (yay go jess!!!). Worked well for me. Dont pay her any attention, dont look at her, pretend she doesnt exist. Alex has a right to know about his culture, and his grandmother doesnt have a right to ruin that.

Im 14 wks 6 days with my next baby and i look like a whale…I started showing before 9 weeks.
Everybody and every pregnancy is different. 🙂
