ParticipantThat was a great birth story to read 🙂 I guess you just know when labour is the REAL thing. Your instincts just kick in.

Participanti agree with Alexanders Mummy 🙂
Having a child isnt all about materialism, its love. Hey not every child has to have everything out there, a baby can sleep in a drawer if you had to, i was given that advice if i didnt have anything and that was from an old lady. If the baby has the bare essentials ur sweet.
So many people told me babies cost alot of money- yeah right they do! thats only if you spoil ur kidkez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantYep, Could be baby moving down into the right position too. I got pain in my privates it almost felt like the baby was pushing down to get out..Ouch! Maybe try giving your belly some massages too and lay down if you can manage 🙂

ParticipantI have heard that pregnancies can still happen even when your tubes are tied so Do a test just to ease your mind and so you can work out what to do next if you are..
kez_mummy_2_skye
Participantahhh i got this with my second pregnancy.
Was meant to have 4hrs of antibiotics before birth so they told me as soon as labour starts, come in to the hospital WELL i had my baby at home because of his quick arrival, he didn’t catch it but kept an eye on him with monitoring his temps etc. I read up on it when they said i tested positive and it did say WORST case it can cause death BUT thats the very worst, its like when you get the epidural they ‘have; to tell you that it can paralyse(sp) you.
Don’t stress about it and the drs know what they are doing 🙂kez_mummy_2_skye
Participantthats awesome news. The prayers really did work.. Good luck and take it easy

ParticipantGood luck with the birth

ParticipantFirst off i say. Anyone else’s opinion, if its bad let it fly out the window so to speak. This is YOUR life, you have made your decision. Keep schooling until you cant do it anymore or can u still keep doing it althrough pregnancy?
Stop stressing, i know it may be hard but it wont do anyone any good. I reckon just go with the flow and let things happen naturally. There is so many ppl out there that become pregnant and worry too much about having a baby, and they go on to be just fine even if they arent rich. Its the LOVE that really counts and you are showing it already by keeping this baby:) Good luck with the rest of the pregnancykez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantYou have brought up one child so you CAN do this again. You said its hard but very rewarding. Would you want to be in a position to tell your son when he is older that he could have had a little sibling, not to mention what sort of emotional impact its going to have on ur life if you do abort. I’ve heard from girls saying that they are pregnant and financially they cant do it BUT they do and its not as hard as it seems honestly.
I hope you figure out what u want and dont make a mistake on ur behalfkez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantFor a first time mother the thought of pain in labour is a scary thought. Because you are small it shouldn’t matter, your body will accommodate if you get what i mean.
My first birth i was in pain and then had the epidural and felt nothing, yeah it was great when the pain went but i ddnt feel the birth which i regret now.
My son was born at home by accident which meant i didnt have anything and the pain that i thought was the worst was the burning sensation but i guess everyone is different. Try not to think of that now, you still have ages to go and enjoy the pregnancykez_mummy_2_skye
Participantlittle nikki- yep thats true. I think you only ovulate for 3 days and u have to be ovulating to get pregnant. If you know your cycle WELL then you can actually use the guide as contraception. So only 3 days a month you can get pregnant, not much is it.

Participantstress is not good for you or the baby it increase the heart beat f the baby i think. Read up abit on it. I’ve also heard that when you stress the baby gets it too and a friend of ours about 40+ yo when she had her baby and grew up she asked her if she stressed alot when she was pregnant coz she sensed something etc and it was true!

Participantkids will know when they are ready, i still have the odd occassion where she see;s me putting a nappy on Jordan and she gets a nappy and i tell her she is a big girl and doesnt need a nappy during the day
kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantSkye is getting a playdoh creative table.
Jordan will be 7mths so he is just getting a fisher price noahs ark train that sings and lights up etckez_mummy_2_skye
Participantare you having any diff symptoms? is ur period usually on time?
If aunty flow hasnt shown up, wait another few days i reckon do a test just to ease ur mindkez_mummy_2_skye
Participantthat is exactly right. Girls are told how hard is it to look after a baby and its going to wreck ur life..all the negative things but when u weigh up the positives and negatves the positives outweight the neg ALOT!! anyone can do it, you’ve just gotta put the work into it, they it is all worth it.
Congrats on the birth and she is absolutely gorgeous…

Participantits so hard watching ur baby in pain. My daughter had big problems with poops. I tried prune juice which didnt work, boiled water and sugar, also didnt work and coloxyl drops which went into the bottle and they kind of helped after doubling the dosage. I cried once watching her. pushing the knees into the chest does work a little. I hope you get it sorted soon
kez_mummy_2_skye
Participantmy daughter is nearly 3 and still has her bottle at night and she is the same if she doesnt have bottle and dummy she wont go to sleep so i figure if its what keeps them secure then let it be, no-one else see’s what goes on at night time. It during the day you worry about it.
kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantJust reading about it started after she went to Daddys house it happened so its obviously stemmed from there. I say ask if he had any problems with her. If it was for attention she would be crying not screaming. Hopefully it gets sorted out.

kez_mummy_2_skye
Participantive never heard of that show thing before. If it was a concern im sure the drs would have raised it with you b4. Dont stress, its amazing what ur body is capable of doing.
kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI waited about a wk after a stopped bleeding. It was hubbys idea coz he didnt want to hurt me.
I think the first time it was 5wks and the 2nd time it was about 3wks but im not 100% sure. It does feel weird waiting all that time, i noticed ive lost alot of muscle down there but you get that after having kids but some ppl are lucky and dnt notice the tightness going. Sorry if its too much info but best to describe it so you get an idea.
Your first time again after birth just go gentle.kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI had this too! I hated it and even asked the dr about it. They advised me to always sit up straight, not that easy, lol
