Participanthey hey…you can still use one good kidney! That is wrong to tell you to abort your child.
I reckon you will be fine OR get another opinion from another dr. I hope all works out well for youkez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI’m glad all is looking up for you! Its crazy how fast kids grow and you seem to sort of miss it.
My 2yo girl is great..she is outta that toddler stage now and is my little girl. Telling ME when she needs to do wee wee on the potty and strips down, lol
I’am 34weeks pregnant and cant wait for the time to pass so i can have him out. All this pressure is hurting my back and yep…. im ready for it!

ParticipantI wouldnt put it down to pregnancy because you would be gaining weight.
You missing periods i would say has got to do with the weight ups and downskez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI’ve NEVER heard that one and don’t believe it either. There is 100% chance you can get pregnant

ParticipantI’d get bloodtests done just to clear up the ‘real’ results. Are you hoping that u are pregnant?

Participant1st baby (a girl)- Spewing, went off meat, tired in the arvo…my periods were always playing up so that wasn’t a sign when i missed it
2nd baby (a boy)- colostrum out of breasts and just a feeling of being pregnant so i took a test to ease my mind

ParticipantAre your periods usually regular?
The signs say u could be so i hope to god for your sake that the results are what u want. Let us know how it goes.
If you search on the internet….you should find a diet etc and other tips to better your chance of pregnancy.
You could also take pregnancy vitamins too just to give u a boost in chanceskez_mummy_2_skye
Participantif you used protection you should be fine. Maybe the nausea is caused by worrying or stress and same with the other symptoms. To put your mind at ease you could take a test.

Participantyou’re exactly right there. Its the pressure of bubs, obviously he/she has dropped down which mine has too and i feel almost squashed around the hips and it happens during the night too.
It will go away after bubs is born so only a few more wks to put up with it. The joys of being pregnant hey!!kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantYou should know contractions if they are real. Its just an instinct.
Could it be Braxton Hicks? Are you getting the tightening of the stomach? I’m 33 weeks and have had some weird pains that i never had with my first. I hope all goes well and baby hides in here a little longer for youkez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI think it really varies from person to person. The hormone levels could be lower than someone elses at the same week of pregnancy. Like i did a test with my first pregnancy and at that time i was 12weeks along and it was so faint i thought id stuffed up the test and then 3 others did the same thing and then this pregnancy now came out with a clear result at only 8wks!!!

Participantthink the hardest thing you can do is wait…is there any possiblilty that the tingling boobs and other symptoms could be the onset of your period?
kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantThe test should reveal all!

ParticipantIts the environment kids are exposed to now. Look at all those ‘Bratz’ dolls with their mini skirts and dressed up as little prostitutes.
I have a daughter and worry about boys, sex, drugs etc. I dont want her being any part of that and if u try to do the right thing by them they can always rebel against you which is even harder.
Hopefully its just a phase your daughter is going through and tell her she doesn’t have to dress up a certain way to impress anyone.kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantIt sounds like him leaving was the best thing he coulda done for the whole lot of you. You shouldn’t have put up with that, kits hard when love blinds you but think of the babies…you don’t want them growing up and copying that sort of behaviour. I think maybe speaking to a professional might help you deal with the drinking and pill problems. Stay Strong hun and u can do this!

ParticipantThat was a great story. I like to hear of the happy ones.
Its good to hear that ur bf is sticking around and hasn’t flown the coup on you and bubs. Good luck to Chase for his final certificate!!!kez_mummy_2_skye
ParticipantI definately wasn’t going to use any breast pumps as YES it can stimulate labour OR it could make the milk reproduce quicker and its bad enough already. I just empty out in the shower which seems to help. Thanks for the advice girls

ParticipantI agree with Mweber. Its good that he is making the right moves to be a daddy. He might have thought it through now and grown up a little.

ParticipantThat would have been a hard thing to deal with. I hope the reasults turn out what u expect but dont get too excited because if the test comes out negative again you will be down……Just keep trying!

ParticipantIt’s totally normal for you to feel this way with all these terrible events happening within a short time. So don’t feel that you are stupid in any way.
I think you need some time to grieve(sp) and then the next step for you is to have a little family. It wont matter what happens, you will never forget your little baby and nothing will take the pain away, so stay strong and oif you need help through depression, talk to someone about it and get some help.
Good Luck Darlz.kez_mummy_2_skye
