Sounds like she is pregnant. I found out a little over a month ago I was pregnant and my boyfriend and I didn’t believe it because it was such a faint line. However, we quickly found out from our doctor and many internent sites how accurate home tests are. There are a couple reasons why it may be a false positive but its quite rare.
