Hii I must say that go for water birth…..

i am sharing my eperience here about water birth. After contracting for a couple of weeks and having barely any progression with dilation, my midwife decided that it is probably best to induce me using water birth. They decided to induce me also because my baby was making less movements, and his heart beat was dropping. After taking the help of experienced midwife i’m very happy.. she helped me in every phase of my pregnancy period….

We had a heart breaking experience with our first pregnancy and their care went above and beyond! The emotional support we received was so unexpected, but needed. There is no way we would have had such support in a traditional medical setting. I had a normal healthy pregnancy and even tho I was only in their care for 7 weeks I felt completely safe.
I feel like I’ve been through the gamut of birth experiences which I’ve always been grateful for as a doula, since I felt like I could really understand what clients were going through. I was hoping that this time I could have a “medicated” delivery but our little one had other plans…

I moved from the toilet to the birthing tub, which had been set up in our sunroom a week before my due date. My midwife kept instructing me not to push yet. I had read that when you are trying not to push, you pant. So I was trying to pant, without hyperventilating, and really using the relaxation techniques I’d learned in prenatal yoga class. Mike was sitting outside the tub and I was leaning on the edge with my arms, resting on my knees. the midwives supported in every pahse of my pregnancy period. They have guided me about the home birth. now I’m so happy that i have delivered the baby throuh home birth.

        and congratulationsss….

        🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
