Im 16 years old and clueless. I felt like I could email you and get the truth . I am pregnant and havent told anyone, but the father and his family. I am 4 months pregnant, btw. The father didn’t take it so good, him nor his family. I needs to tell my parents but their very judge mental and harsh. What should I do? What should I do about the father leaving also?

Hi! Being pregnant at any age is a lot to handle, but especially being young, it can be difficult to know what to do. But there are people to help! First I would suggest telling your parents. I know that’s not easy, trust me I’ve been there. Secondly, I would strongly suggest getting to a doctor or pregnancy clinic because 4 months is pretty far along. You can find a pregnancy center near you on our sites home page.

About the boyfriend, if he isn’t there for you now, give him time for the shock to wear off, if he still isn’t supportive then let him go. You only want supportive and positive people around you right now. Let us know if you need anything. Good luck with everything. Let us know how you’re doing.

Yeah I know it’s so hard. I went through it Roland honestly in my opinion, I felt so much better once I wasn’t hiding anymore. Even though it was so hard to tell people, I felt so relived once I did because there are people who will help and you won’t be on your own.

For your boyfriend, it’s hard for me to give advice because I don’t know anything about your relationship, so when it comes down to it, you’ll have to make that call. That can be hard too, but I like I said before, try to surround yourself with positive and supportive people only. Hope that helps!
