I just found out three days ago that I’m pregnant and I can’t stop worrying constantly that something will go wrong. Will it be obvious if I’m going to miscarry? Is it normal that I don’t have any morning sickness yet? How can I ease my mind until I can get to a doctor?

        Katie,

It is normal to worry that something will go wrong, but worrying won;t do any good and it is not good for the baby. Think positive. As far as morning sickness, how far along are you? Some women are lucky and don’t have much if any morning sickness (I wasn’t that lucky). Set up an appointment with your doctor. Ask him or her any questions that you have on your mind. In the meantime try not to worry that something will go wrong. Don’t drink alcohol or take drugs or do anything that you know would be harmful, but otherwise try not to stress too much. Best wishes.
