It depends on where you live and weather or not your parents will want to press charges on him. IN my state GA if the girl is underthe age of consent (16) and the guy is over it then he can get in trouble , search online to be sure. But from what i think , if your parents dont press charges then he should be fine. but im not 100% sure.
And tell your parents soon , im not an expert on this becaue i didnt tell them either time i was pregant they found out before i got the chance ! First the doctor told them , then this time my step mom overheard me on the phone and my mom just asked me. Just be prepared that this will be a shock for them too and they might not be too suportive in the begining but hopefully they will come around. Good luck !!!

Im not sure, but from what I understand he wont get in trouble if your parents dont press charges. I was 15 when my first was born and my bf was 18. I was 16 when my second was born and he never got in trouble. The best thing to do is just sit them down and tell them, hiding it only makes things worse.

wel i am pretty sure he can not get into trouble unless your parents will press charges, but like someone else has already posted, every states laws are different. i would research it! and you need to tell your mother because you need to be going to an ob and taking prenatal vitamins they are very important especially in the 1st and 2nd trimester!! keep me posted on whats going on hun!!

HEY I THINK HE CAN GET IN TROUBLE BUT YOUR PARENTS HAVE TO PUSH IT. BUT ALSO I DON’T KNOW IF YOU KNOW THIS BUT IN SOME STATES WHEN YOU GET PREGNANT YOU ARE CONSIDERED AN ADULT YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN DECSIONS SO I THINK THE CHARGES WOULD HAVE TO BE MADE FROM YOU TO HIM. THE WAY YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR MOM JUST THINK ABOUT IT WHAT YOUR GOING TO SAY AND HOW YOUR GOING TO SAY YOU CAN’T KEEP IT A SECRET CAUSE THE STRESS OF NOT TELLING HER COULD CAUSE YOU SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE BABY AND YOU. JUST BE CALM MOST PARENTS WILL BE UNDERSTANDING YEAH THEY MAY BE MAD BUT THEY WILL REALIZE HEY SHE OR HE(FATHER OF CHILD) NEEDS US TO BE THERE FOR THEM, BUT DON’T LET THEM MAKE UP YOUR MIND FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT KEEP IT, BEING PREG GIVES YOU THE RIGHT AT ANY AGE TO MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS

All I can tell you is that if your boyfriend loves you and plans to stick by you then I feel you both should find a quiet moment to tell your parents, talking from experience, it will never matter how old you are when you get pregnant your parents will always feel betrayed. You are their life, all of there hopes and aspirations have been instilled in you, they had plans for you since the day you were born, this guilt will be with oyu always if you let it. Key words? your boyfriend needs to inform your parents that no matter the outcome is what has been done is done and this child will be there grandchild. be sure to inform your parents that you plan to graduate from high nschool and go onto college. It is hard but you can do it if your focused. Technically he can get in trouble onlymif your parents file a report but tell them you need a father there for your child. Keep your head up and keep me posted, much love
