how do you tell the difference between spotting and period , does spotting happen more than once or does it happen just the once? is ur period heaver? how do u tell? does it last the same amount of time as period eg week? or not? please reply ergently thanx.

i think spotting lasts around 3 days or shorter
i don’t know how many times it happens but i think the period is heavier
in my opinion spotting lasts a short time. as said roughly days or less. be very light with occasional bleeding, unlike a usual period which is fairly regular.
