???WHAT SHOULD I DO???

My last period started on August 25…no period since then…my breasts aren’t really sore, but I’ve been having slight pain in them…I’ve had very little nausea,,,a little spotting (for one day…a little bright red…mostly pinkish)…moody and I’m never moody…frequent urination… a lot of gas…constipation…not anymore sleepy than usual…very sensitive to smell…took a bunch of pregnancy test…all negative…reluctant about going to the doctor for a blood test because a friend of mine just found out she was pregnant (at four months) and she went to the doctor several times for blood tests and they all were negative…what should I do????
