URGENT PLEASE HELP ME I THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG I AM 39 WEEKS AND 4 DAYS PREGNANT AND I THINK I AM HAVING CONTRACTIONS IT IS REALLY PAINFUL PLEASE HELP ME?

It sounds like you could be in labor. You should probably contact your doctor ASAP or head to the hospital! Good luck and best wishes.
