i don’t think my first post got posted so i’ll try again.
I got pregnant when i was 17 and ended up having a miscarriage at 8 weeks 3 days. My fiancee and i have been trying now for 10 months. I know excatly what your going through. Here’s some tips:
Have sex every other day. That way there will be enough sprem in place when you ovulate. But having sex everyday could decrease the amount of sprem since it takes them 48 hours to produce neww sprem.

Caffine is very bad for you. Don’t have ANY!! BUT caffine is good for your husband. It increaes sprem mobility.

Put a pillow under your hips after sex for at least an hour. This helps the sprem get to where it needs to be.

I can’t think of any more right now. But if i do i’ll you know.

        Good Luck. Keep me posted!!

Hi I hope that I can help you. If your periods are regular, then you ovulate about 14 days before you are to start your next period. If they are irregular, then it is most likely 12-15 days before you start, depending on the length of your cycle. It helps to chart your periods for at least two months to have a feel for when you will ovulate. And when you know, start having sex about a week before. That way if you are off or you cycle is weird, you have a better chance of hitting a golden day. Another thing to make sure is to have sex every other day. Sperm live in your body for up to 72 hours, so going one day without wont hurt your chances, it may actually increase them. Postion doesn’t make much of a difference, but try to prop your pelvis up for at least 30 mins after to help the sperm travel. And try not to use any lubricate. It can hinder the process, and if you must, use olive oil. Also dont douch, it changes the ph levels in the vaginal enviroment and can make it difficult to concieve. And most importantly, dont stress. That has been shown to decrease your likelihood of conception. Just let go and hopefully in a few months you will find yourself pregnant! Let me know how it goes.

Well, I don’t have much to tell you, but hear is something you can try. Try douching after sex. I know that this my sound oddd because douching is suppose to clean you out right. That it does, but it will also push some of the sperm up. If I find out anything else I will keep you informed. Keep me posted.

OK from a fertility nurse vistitng the site – DO NOT DOUCHE. Ever!
Check your cervical mucus every day. This will require clean hands. Your cervical mucus will change from dry to sticky to eggwhite as you near ovulation. Eggwhite is when you are ovulating. You can also check your cervix by hand. (Clean hands fo this one!) Your cervix will feel firm (like your nose) and closed when you are not ovulating, and will feel soft (like your lips) and open when you are.
KY Jelly will not kill sperm. If you are in good health and not allergic to it, raw eggwhite is a good lube as well.
Vitamin B6 tends to boost fertility in women.
Trying since december is not that long, the average healthy couple in their 20’s takes 6-12 months to conceive. Most (80-85%) will conceive within one year of regular sex without birth control.
It took us 5 months to conceive our youngest. My first was an "oops" pregnancy at 17. Funny how we get pregnant when we aren’t ready, and then when we are more prepared it takes longer!

I"M PREGNANT!!!!!!!! I can’t believe it!!!! My fiancee and i have been trying for 9 months!!! We tried everything and this was going to be our last month trying so we decided to do something new. This is what we did:

We had sex every other day.
I had no caffine!!! I ate soem chocolate but other than that i really had no caffine.
HE had lots and lots of caffine. THe drank lots of energy drinks. (the caffine increases sprem moblity)

It worked!!!!!!!!!!!! You should try it. It’s worht a shot!!!
