Hi. So i took a pregnancy test today and it came up negative, but the line was EXTREMELY faint (i could barely see it). Should i take another test? If so, should i wait to see if my period is late to take it?

Hi again-
For a pregnancy test to show the most accurate results, you need to wait at least 5 days after your missed period! Pregnancy is detected by a hormone in your body. If you become pregnant, the hormone will keep increasing in your body as the days of your missed period increase and this is what the pregnancy test detects. So I am sorry that you need to wait longer, but you shouldn’t really test until 5 days after a MISSED period.
