I want to change my pregnancy vitamin … will it harm my baby?

Nup they are all very much the same thing just diff brand.
What are u using and what do u wanna change too?First time i took Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding- the pink label.
Second time i took nothing i just took my iron tablets coz i had low iron.Dont go over crazy with vitamins u dont really need them

No it wont harm bub. They are all very similar.
