Hi,
Can anyone tell me what kind of exercises I can do while at home. I am 17 weeks pregnant and want to do something other than sitting doing nothing all day.

something u can get is one of those exercise balls and use it….also i suggest yoga, it limbers you up and many women say it helped them with their birth……
