phantom pregnancy?

I’ve been having symptoms of pregnancy for a few weeks now. I’ve had a neg. urine test and the doctors office and 3 neg. hpt’s. i had some bleeding this past week but it wasnt like my normal period. has anyone heard of or had a phantom pregnancy? i’m confused and irritated. i just want an accurate answer to if i’m pregnant or not. any help/advice is welcome!
