I can’t remember the last time I even had a period. Usually I just keep putting in a new ring to avoid having a period. But this last time I think I might have left it in for five weeks instead of 4…does this make it completely ineffective? :dry:

No. five weeks doesn’t make it ineffective…if you leave it in over five weeks thats when it lowers its chances its protection of pregnancy.
