Need Insight

I came back from my doctor and was negative. Actually, four times negative after doing 3 HPTs. So I guess the big question is why am I going through all the symtoms like I should be positive? I believe the only thing I havent gone through is having to faint, nausea, or tenderness on my bb. Last month my period came twice, the first week (one day only) then the last week (three days sporatically) and with some left over solids. Thats when I thought I may have been going through my implantation. but now I’m not sure, if my doc says I’m not, he’s probably right. Coz now he wants me to get some blood tests for diabetes. But really my intstincts tells me differently. Besides, I eat pretty healthy for the most part. Any insights?
