my pregnancy story

Hi, my names Alyssa. Im 16 and expecting in January. Ill be 17 next month. I was in a bad car accident and my nerves were severed from my spinal cord so i cant move my left arm, (i can move my shoulder n hand). i went on may 30th to finally get my surgery. i was ready to be put under and the doctor told me i couldnt get my surgery cuz i was prego and by the time the babies born, there will be an 85% chance that the movement in my arm wont come back. Were gonna try the surgery but idk it prolly wont work. So, i had to decide, "kill an innocent child that was growing inside of me and move my arm again?", or "Raise a kid at 16yrs old w/ one arm?" so obviously i decided to keep the kid. Its gonna be hard. Its already hard n the kids not even here yet. I lost my job at Eat n Park. My boyfriend/fiance (lol) has a job tho. Plus, i can get Welfare and SSI. Im doing cyber school so i can raise a child and still graduate school. then im gonna go to college for a stonographer in a courtroom cuz im really good at typing. All in all, its gonna be the hardest thing id ever have to deal with. Im a really strong person and i think that im gonna make a good mom and the dad is gonna be a good dad… Our son will be born on January 22nd, 2007 and he is going to be the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me.
