I’ve read a million things on morning sickness… but still not exactly clear how it happends, i mean sunday i had a migrane or atleast what felt like it.. Around 3am monday morning i threw up twice (sorry bout the details)… it was like pure acid even tho i had eaten dinner sunday night and everything… since monday ive just had horrible nausea.. (no more vomit.. but just that huge, i think everything’s going to come up feeling).. and also(since monday) my backs been really uncomfortable, it just hurts… only the lower back tho (not sure if thats related)… im not exactly sure how far i am along.. still havent had the chance to go to the doc.:(

when you are pregnant so many changes are occuring in your body. that is my only "guess"to why we get morning sickness. I know that salt kills the gag reflex. Most of the time when I had morning sickness it was the gaging that made it worse for me. McDonalds french fries and Lays potato chips helped me because they were so salty (no fun throwing them up though LOL) I guess also everytime was sick it reminded me that I shouldnt have been having sex before marriage….It took me two pregnancies to learn though. I am married now and I cant wait to have another baby. I remained abstinent 3 1/2 years before my wedding night…..It was so worth it…You should try it 🙂 love Meg

crckers help with the nausea feeling… I had all of that when I was in the beginning of my pregnancy… eat dinner at like 5 and a small sanck a couple hours before bed. It really does help. And you should make a doctors app. as soon as you can so that they can do an ultra sound and so that you can see that lil one…
          good luck 🙂

Morning sickness is usually due to the rising levels of estrogen, which causes the stomach to empty more slowly. Pregnant women also have a heightened sense of smell, so various odors such as foods cooking, perfume or cigarette smoke may cause waves of nausea in early pregnancy. The best of luck. Jen x
