is this a sign of pregnancy

ok, I missed my last period, but I am on the pill so I’m confused about that, but my question is, Is fever, runny nose, and watery eyes signs of pregnancy?

P.s- I’m really scared. I can’t afford to be pregnant, and my mom/ boyfriend/ whole family will be so dissapointed. I think I’m going to break down anytime…
