iouno if i am or not

ok i was on berth controle and then i got off of it and i didint get my (p) for 3 months then i had sex and then i took a preg test be 4 my b/f went to collage they all came out —— and then like 3 and a half weeks later i had a little blood but not alot and i have discharge alott ……….. whats wrong with me some 1 plez help… b.c i dont want to tell my mother ……thankxxx
