i’m not sure

i think i’m being paranoid but i noticed my breasts a little bit tender, but my dad says it’s just because my period is comming. but i really never noticed it. then i started thinking "have i done anything to make me pregnant?" the onlt thing that me and my fiance have done was about a week ago, we only have done things with our clothes on, and i’ve read a book and it said it wouldn’t be able to make me pregnant. but there was a point where his…cum.(onlt about less than a about the size of a nickel).was on his pants. i am worried that maybe that could of made me like this. i really don’t have those symptoms. i am praying that i’m being paranoid and i just need some confidence that i’m not.:pinch:
