You say your religion is important to you and it would be bad if you are not married. I am curious as to what your religious background is?? As a Christian, I believed in waiting for sex until marriage, but one thing led to another and…well I made a few mistakes. Although I had a couple of pregnancy scares I didn’t become pregnant before I was married. If I had it to do again I wish I would have waited. I have had sex with two people an ex boyfriend who I lost my virginity to and my husband. It would have been a mistake for me to marry my ex-boyfriend, even if I had been pregnant.

The age you can get married in varies from state to state and might be different with or without parental permission. I have been married for nearly 7 years now. Marriage is great, but it is not always easy and it is a big commitment and not something to be rushed into or taken lightly. It sounds like you and your boyfriend are in love with each other – that’s great. I’m glad to hear that he wants to support you and his child. Should you get married? It depends. Don’t get married because someone pressures you into it. Don’t get married because you are worried about people judging you as an unwed mother. Don’t get married because you are pregnant and you feel like you are trapped and have no other choice. If you feel that you are making the decision out of your own free will and you feel like you are prepared for all the blessings and responsibilities that come with marriage. If you feel like your relationship is strong and that you both are able to support each other and bring out the best in each other, that you wouldn’t want to not have the other in your life, then you might think about marriage. These are questions i can’t answer for you. Look deep in your heart and your soul and pray for guidance and you willo find your answer.

You can get married at age 17 with a parents permission, they have to sign for you or you can wait until you are 18 and do everything on your own without your parnet’s permission. If you decide to get married all you parent would have to do is sign a piece of paper. I have a friend who got married at 16, dropped out of school, and got pregnant at age 17 she is now pregnant again at age 19 and her and the father are still together, happy as can be. If you are sure that you can spend the rest of your life with this man and be happy then go ahead but its your decision. Good luck
