I have many symptoms of pregnancy, even though I’m on the birth control implant. I took three dollar store brand pregnancy tests, and they all turned out negative, but I heard that the implant can possibly make some tests turn out negative. Now, I’m very scared to tell my mom that I may be pregnant, but I need to do it tonight, as soon as possible. I don’t want to risk possibly hurting the baby if there is one. Help?

Why don’t you try looking for a pregnancy care center near you (check for one through optionline.org). They can talk with you, advise, and give resources confidentially.
