Hi, im 15 years old, i will be 16 in October…Over the last Vacation ( April 21st) my boyfriend and I had sex…we used a condom, but then for some reason we didnt use one the second time that day…I got my period (or what i thought was my period) that day. Im not sure if it was just bleeding or if it really was my period. It lasted for about 5 days, so i thought i was fine. Now, to make it even worse, In the beginning of May, we did it again and we didnt use a condom….yeah i know…it was a really DUMB thing to do…he pulled out tho so i didnt think i got pregnant… Im suposed to get my period soon, and usuially get cramps and my boobs get wicked sore about a week before. So its a week before and i dont feel like i normally do and i have some of the simptoms of being pregnant! My mom just happened to tell me the other day that if i ever got pregnant shed "kill me" but i know that all she will do is be really dissapointed in me and be REALLY mad and never trust me again. I dont wanna tell her that i might be pregnant because of the reactions i know i would get. WHAT DO I DO?! I think i might just be paranoid, but its still making me really nervous! How do i find out if im pregnant without letting my mom know? and can you get an abortion without letting parents know about it? I know im probobly just over reacting, but does anyone have any advice or tips?! I would really appreciate it!! :S
I know you really don’t want to, but you NEED to tell your mom. I was a teenager when I got pregnant with my 1st. I’m now pregnant with #4 and only 22! I don’t know what I would have done without my mom there to help me through it. She was upset about the situation, but she helped me to make the best choice for my unborn baby and me. I know life seems hard right now, but the burden is lighter with two to carry the load. Lots of love.
Hey Abby…where do you live? Because I know of many places you can go to see if you are pregnant. Either that or you can have a friend (or yourself) get a test from your local drugstore or grocery store and after you buy it, keep the receipt and go in the stores bathroom, take the test by following the instructions. When you are done taking the test and you are waiting… Think about happy thoughts if you can, just drift off into a world of self control and try not to freek out. Once the waiting time is over, look at the test results in the "results window" Some result windows vary because they show wheather or not your pregnant with different symbols and words…so look at the same packet that gave you directions for taking the test, because on the same page of the directions or the next page over will be a explanation for what your symbols mean. Pregnant or not…you still have to take responsiability for having sex.

PLEASE DONT MAKE ANY FRANTIC DECISIONS, TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. I HAVE A FRIEND NAMED KELLY AND SHE HAD AN ABORTION AND SHE STILL HAS NIGHTMARES ABOUT HER DEAD BABY THAT SHE MURDERED AND SHE WAKES UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO HEARING A BABY CRYING. AFTER HER ABORTION, SHE TRIED TO GET PREGNANT AGAIN AND HAD 3 MISCARRIAGES BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE THE ABORTION CAUSED HER.
IF YOU LIVE IN FLORIDA, I KNOW FOR SURE THAT YOU CANNOT GET AN ABORTION WITHOUT YOUR PARENTS KNOWING. THEY JUST BROUGHT THAT INTO LAW THIS YEAR.
GO TO THE DRUGSTORE AND BUY A TEST. TAKE IT IN THE BATHROOM LIKE THE OTHER PERSON SAID. DONT TELL YOUR MOTHER ANYTHING UNTIL YOU KNOW IT IS POSITIVE. IF YOU TELL HER NOW, AND YOU AREN’T PREGNANT, THAT IS JUST GOING TO MAKE THINGS WORSE. SHE PROBABLY WONT LET YOU SEE YOUR BOYFRIEND ANYMORE.
IF YOU ARE PREGNANT, TELL YOUR MOTHER FIRST. SHE LOVES YOU, SHE GAVE YOU LIFE. SHE WILL NOT KILL YOU TRUST ME. I KNOW BECAUSE I AM A MOTHER. AND A MOTHER’S LOVE IS THE BEST YOU CAN EVER HAVE. SHE WILL HELP YOU THROUGH IT, TRUST ME. I KNOW YOU WILL BE SCARED, I WAS 22 WHEN I WAS PREGNANT AND I WAS EVEN SCARED TO TELL MY MOM, AND I AM IN THE MILITARY…GO FIGURE.
PLEASE DO NOT HAVE AN ABORTION, I KNOW IT IS YOUR CHOICE, BUT THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE FOR YOU. DONT COP-OUT!!!
