I AM 20 YRS OLD. I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX WITH MY BOYFRIEND. I THINK I MIGHT BE PREGNANT. i TOOK A TEST BUT IT WAS NEGATIVE. I FEEL REALY WEIRD. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE ALOT OF GAS OR BUBBLES IN MY STOMACH. I USE THE BATHROOM FREQUENTLY AND I CANNOT SLEEP ON MY STOMACH, I HAVE TO SLEEP ON MY SIDE BECAUSE IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE. AFTER THE NEGATIVE TEST I FELT DIFFERENT, I DON’T KNOW IF IT WAS ALL IN MY MIND. I THOUGHT I WAS HAVING MY PERIOD BUT , IT WAS SPOTS OF DARK BROWN DARK REDISH BLOOD. I DON’T KNOW IF THOSE ARE SYPTOMS OF PREGNANCY !:S :dry:

when did u take the test?…becuse if u didn’t wait till after you missed a period you could be preg but the horomones that the home tests detect could have been to low to detect…..so if u still think ur preg go to ur doc and do a test there…….and usually sleeping on ur tummy doesn’t get uncomfirtable till you start to get a little belly………..

take another test and if ur still not sure then see a doc and get a blood test to be sure
thanks for responding. I took another test on friday. it was positive . I will be going to my doctor to take another test, and start prenatal care.:)

Hey, I know what you are going through. My best advice is to just think your not till you can see a doctor, if you stress about it to much you wont get your period…. I hope things work out the way you wan’t.. Take it easy and good luck!
I must first say Thank you ladies for so much advice and your well accepted concern. But unffortunateley I had my period the night before valentines day the day when I was scheduled to visit my doctor. I was so dissapointed because I took two home tests and they were both positive. My Blood Pressure was high and I was so stressed out, because my boyfriend was not even around to comfort me and i thought i was pregnant and I was Happy yet very scared.My doctor said it was just a late period, but why did the test say positive? I’m on birth control right now, but what is even worst is that my boyfriend now has another woman pregnant, his baby mother of his 6 yr old son. she lives in georgia and we live in NYC. he went to visit his son for his birthday she was having a party for their son. this was in the late part of january. she calls him last week telling him dat she is feeling pains and she is pregnant, he tells me and i’m so sad and distrauted. I don’t even know what to do. I told his mom and she told me to just wait and se because she is a liar. she lied to them and told them she was pregnant when she was not and they kept tthis hell of a baby shower and she was not pregnant. He tell me he is not gonna leave me, but she is having a kid and thats what he wanted, I am stressed cuz we have been together for 4 yrs I don;t know what to do !
