I dont know what to do

Hi there I know that this site is mainly for women but I am a very concered man/fiance and lover of a beautiful woman. I am really scared right now because I dont know what to do. Here is my situation. I am 20 years old and my fiance is 16 we live in florida. Her mother is one of those really crazy type of women who act like they love you but really hate your guts. Well anyways her and my fiance are always fighting and she is always threating to keep her from seeing me. Well anyways we have sex often and sometimes we dont use protection like we should yes I know its foolish and I am not going to try and give reasons for doing it because I know we should use protection. Well anyways lately she has been eating alot, she ate alot when we first got together but she is eating more and she is always tired and sleepy and complaining about her nipples hurting when we mess around. When we first started dating her periods came in the beginning of the month around the 3rd but about a month ago she got really sick and had to be hospitalized, and now it doesnt come till around the 23rd or so. And today this lady who we work with I was talking to asked me if my fiance was pregnant because she has put on some weight. I love her very much and we talk about starting a family all the time and we would start one right now if we could. I could never leave her I am ready to marry her and start a family with her and I know that she is ready as well because we talk about it all the time. I hope that she is not prenant right now because I am afraid her mom or father will try to press charges on me. But when I look up florida laws it states that the defendant(me) has to be over 24 to get in trouble for having sex with a 16-17 year old and I am 20. I am also afraid her parents wouldnt consent to me marrying her but the florida marriage law states that when a teen over the age of 16 can prove that they are pregnant by a doctor then they no longer need consent to get married, a judge can make the decision. I really dont know what to do. I love her very much. I havent asked her to take a test yet because she hasnt missed a period yet. What should i do please help.
