Hi whe i first found out i was pregnant i hid it and didnt tell anyone till i was 7 months. you need to tell your mum asap. The longer you leave it the worse it gets, you never know she might surprise you. Just tell her you need her help or sumin. hope it goes ok

The first person I ended up telling was my Mom, this was because I was at the doctors for a regular check up and to get some results from a test for my stomach and ended up finding out I was 5 months along, let me tell you something, she was more excited than I was. One person I was afraid of telling was my Dad, he is a really laid back guy and super down to earth but I just had these terrifying visions of him yelling at me for being so damn stupid and not waiting and all that jazz, but to my utter shock and amazement he was super happy to find out and was telling me that the baby was a blessing from god and all that stuff…So you really never know until you do it and truthfully it is better to get it out now because you’ll want you mom’s support (if she’ll give it) and help and maybe she’ll help you save up and get ready as well. Cause it will be tough to do it without the baby’s father around as well, so you need to be realistic and get all the support you can get, starting with the family. I wish you the best of luck and tell me how everything goes, I am here to offer my support.
          Lots of love,
          Anna

I rang my mother – she was at my grandparents at the time so she couldnt lose it with them around…

You can get her a card and if she usually gets mad leave it somewhere where shell find it before you go somewhere that way shell have time to cool off.OR.You could just tell her because shes going to find out but you can choose how you want her to find out.Good Luck.

You have to do it, the longer you keep it a secret the worse it will be. Your mum will be disapointed you didnt tell her sooner. I found out I was pregnant 5 days ago. Been a college student heading to uni in sept 08 I was in total shock. I agree you cant tell them straight away because you need time to think. I told my mum 3 days later when i was able to talk about it. She guessed when we were talking about my ex. She was disapointed in me but said she will support me no matter what. Most mums will do the same. Im keeping my baby too.But havent told my parents I am for definate. Just think if your strong enough to keep a baby, telling your mum is just the mature thing to do.
