okay so im 7 and half months preg and im beginning to have contractions already, is that normal or is it bad…please someone tell me im freaking out about it:(
At seven months you may be experiencing braxton hicks, (practise) contractions. If your contractions are painful AND become regular and closer together, get immeadiate medical help. If you are having practise contractions they will usually stop if you lie down and rest, (btter to be on your left side), and make sure that you have drunk enough water, dehydration can cause them., hope this helps
This is normal,they may be uncomfotable but if you walk around or change positions they should stop.This is just your bodies way of getting ready for the real thing, the little contractions you feel now are probably braxton hicks, if they are regular and really strong then it could be early labor but you will know the difference.
