I’m taking my 4 month old daughter on a 3 week trip. I need to pack for it since we leave in just about a week. I was wondering if any of you have taken a trip with your infant? and what you packed for that trip? and also what you would have liked to bring but forgot?

Yes, actually I took my two month old on a fourteen hour drive. It was pretty much easier for us, since he slept the whole way just about. He loves to ride in the car! MAKE SURE that you don’t pack an extra set of clothes in an unreachable place. We accidentally did that, and he was stuck in the same dirty clothes. :/ I would just say pack some Infant Tylenol or Motrin, just in case. Be able to access bottles easily. Make sure there is plenty of toys to occupy them when they’re awake. Other than that, just the diapers, changing bad, burp cloths, formula, bottles, blankets, clothes, safety items, pacifier, grooming items… the usual baby supplies. I know, you feel like you’re carrying half of your house with you with a little baby. 😛 Be sure to stop every couple hours and get her some exercise, so that she doesn’t develop flat spots on her head from the carseat and just gets out. Have fun. 🙂
