Fun thread… Were You Convinced??

I’m pretty convinced that my babys gonna be a boy, but of course i dont know yet, But I feel that i know in my heart, soul and mi nd. I dont find out until 18 weeks on December 21st. So the point of this thread is, Did you ever have a strong gut feeling that it was going to be a boy or girl? What was the out come?

I have to say that i knew with both what i was having. with my first, I knew it was a boy…I went for my US to find out and they told me it was a girl. I fought with the tech about it and I went back a week or 2 later and YEP, it was a boy, and with my second, I knew I was having a girl….just that gut feeling…

I guess if you’re in tune with your body….you just know…I knew exactly when i got pregnant like RIGHT THEN…

i wanted a girl at first then i had this feeling i was having a boy and behold the ultrasound showed a boy..and i now have a beautiful 6month old boy…

I have never been wrong when guessing the sex of my friends and families and even my baby! I always have this feeling in like my soul that they’re having… and when I was pregnant there was no doubt in my mind that I was having a baby boy! I knew I was having a boy at 8 weeks, I just had this feeling, and when 20 weeks rolled around, I found out I was having a baby boy! Go Figure!

I was convinced i was going to have a boy…and at my 19 wks scan they said that they ‘could see no evidence of that’…lol. I still didnt buy anything pink coz i thought it would be a boy but she came out a girl alright…
Im pregnant again and im convinced this one will be a boy…but thats coz the pregnancy is so much different this time around. I will not stop laughing if its another girl…:)

I had the opposite.
I had a girl the first time but thought most of the pregnancy that i was having a boy until until the last few wks.

My second time i thought i was having a girl coz of my sweet cravings but turned out i was having a boy.

yeah i knew my son would be a boy… there was no part of me that thought he would be a she lol, even tho i so badly wanted a girl!

haha funny thing is i was positive i was going to have a girl. i didnt know why, andi couldnt explain it, but i just KNEW.
and of course.. its a boy.

I wasnt too sure what I was having. I was hoping for a Girl but my boyfriend knew from the begining that he was a boy and he was right. I just think it was a macho thing like most men want there first to be boys and he just happen to be right!

I asked my daughter where she was going to sit the new baby in the car when it was born. She said the boy will be in the front and "the girls" in the back. At the time we looked at each other. When the baby came… you guessed it! A Girl. My daughter says she did not know with her head but something in her knew.

Just to comment on the post and to 11mizzLADY11’s comment, I knew and was right with both my daughter and my son…I think this time it will be a boy too, I am not 100% sure on my vote but I am leaning towards boy, especially with the way my son is acting…AHHHH….but as for the comment by 11mizzLADY11, a baby is never an egg…an egg is only an egg before conception…once the egg is penetrated by the sperm it becomes a human life…they sure don’t look like it at that stage and the baby can be enclosed in the egg sack up to like 7 or 8 weeks, the baby actually feeds off of the egg sack for the first month of life…with the baby I am carrying right now I knew I was pregnant before I was even late, I knew I was pregnant before there was a tiny little dot in my uterus…but even though the baby was soooooo small and unable to be detected on a test it was still a baby, not an egg…my first ultrasound looked more like the shape of an egg and my third one looked like a tadpole, an egg doesn’t change shape from week to week, but a baby does…I hope the way I wrote this didn’t make you feel put down or anything, I am just really excited about the subject right now because I have a little baby in my womb and I wanted to clarify the fact that a baby is never an egg….once conception occurs it’s a baby…Love Meg

Haha, I totally 100% thought I was having a boy. Everyone that knew me even thought I was having a boy. But, Guess what….Its a Girl!!! I am still very shocked and kinda think it may still be a boy….I guess I am in denial. But I am very happy either way. 🙂

Well ive always thought i was going to have a boy. Now im pregnant (only 7 weeks 2 days :p), i recon im going to have a boy. We have had a lot of people that we have told refering to bub as him, so maybe it is a boy? or maybe its just hopefull thinking 😛 either way i wont know for another 10 weeks.

When i first got pregnant, i thought i was having a girl, so i had a named planned and everything and when i went to get the sex of the baby, it was a baby girl =]
