before i fell pregnant last year i wasnt exactly a size zero, but then i fell pregnant.
as time went on you could see a little bump gradually grow but then i had the abortion.
its been nearly 9 months now and i still have that bump well now its turned into fat and i cant get rid of it!!

if i wear tight tops it looks like i am pregnant as my belly is in the shape of a baby bump and it really upsets me when i look in mirrors. nothing seems to get rid of it!

has anyone got any tips or ideas how i can get rid of this fat?

You may never get rid of that….honestly!! Your uterus has been stretched out as well as your underlying muscle tissue.
BUT more importantly, I’m sorry that you’ve gone through an abortion. How are you feeling about that decision?

I’ve had quite a few children….quite a few, and I look at the scars on my body and the stretched out areas….and see them as scars of love. What I agreed to go through and allow my body to endure so that I could give LIFE to my children. It is a selfless act of love and those are my wounds. I am proud to wear them.

I will never be the small size 6 I once was…but I could care less about that when I’m sitting with my teens and little babies watching movies that make us laugh so hard we cry.

My you learn to look at the frame of your body and accept what has happened and move on to a better understanding of it, and possibly make better choices in the future.

          hey hun,
The only thing that really works for weight loss is healthy eating and an increase in exercise.
I picked up 20kgs and then lost 10 in two months only because I put my mind to it and gave up oreos 🙂 it just takes alot of discipline and self control.
Myangels is right, it may never go away completely, but you can lose enough to make yrself feel better.
But you really shouldn’t let your happiness be dependent on your external appearance… yr a strong, beautiful person, always remember that.

          Much love and support,
