could i br pregnant

hello my name is dolores im 38 yrs old iv,e been having pregnancy sytsems well first month in nov i came on 6 7 8 of nov then before dec came in about two days off of period i was craming like dull cramps until the following month and then i came on again in dec on 678 again this time it was light and and a few days later i was spotnig for a lest and 1 hour then i stop again im still craming and nausea craming my bobbs hurt and are very tender it feel like there tingling when i rubs against them and i havig discharges white and then brown i really dont know whats going on please some one help me 🙁 🙁 🙁
