Could I be pregnant?

I missed the first four tablets in this months pack of birth control pills. And had sex without a condom three times in the 11 days between starting to take the placebo pills of last month’s pack and finally starting the new pack this month.

The period I had last month started four days into the placebo pills and only lasted three days.

I’m now in the second week of the new pack and I’ve experienced blood streaks in my discharge for the last four days. It’s never alot, just slight red/brown streaks. I’ve felt really off in the morning too, but it usually eases a little once I’ve eaten. Also there’s been slight cramping, a slight twinging pain in my boobs and just a general off/odd feeling in my stomach.

I don’t know if I’m just over reacting, if this is just the aftermath of the cold I had last week or if I should seriously be worried that I’m pregnant.
