could I be pregnant?

I am 25 and have been trying for a baby for a few months now. So far nothing has happened but for the last week or so every morning my nose has been bleeding and for the last 3 weeks my face has broken out in really bad spots (never had anything like this before). The pharmacist said that there is no cream or medicine they can give me to take these spots away cos it is not acne. Today I have woken up and my right breast is extremely painful to touch and it throbs when moving around. Could I be in the very early stages of pregnancy!
