Coul I be?

Hi, I’m 22 yrs old. in September I had a miscarriage and I havent bleed since then only a little spotting. In January, I got my 1st Depo shot and after all the bad things i read about it i didnt go back. So, i have been birth control free. I still havent bleed but i have been feeling pregnant. First my breasts hurt and felt heavy and now my nipples really really hurt, sore, red, and can’t even touch. I took a pregancy test on Tuesday but it was negative. I feel pregnant and especially cuz of my nipples. But is it possible to be pregnant if i havent bleed since the miscarriage 10 months ago? Thanks
