Am I pregnant???

hey, i was wondering if someone could help me. I was just wondering if i might be pregnant. I took a test yesterday, but it was negative, but i think i took it to early because i’m not gonna start my period until oct 23. The reason i think that i may be pregnant is because i have frequent headaches, lower back pain, my nipples are sore, and have slightly turned darker, and i’m bloated,I have nausea throughout the day and cramps in my side. so i have been having these symptons since last week and i would have blamed it on my upcoming period but it seemed alittle far away. so if anyone had an opinion could you let me know, thanks
