am i pregers?

am already a mother of 2 but its bn a while.am on the pill and not due my period for a couple of weeks.i had been sick on the pill.now am noticing sore breast and milky looking fliud(clear and yellowish in colour) form nipples, and some light pain at the side like a stich but not as sore(i had this with 1st pregnancy) i have also had a bit of spotting after intercourse.please get in touch thanx.
