Pregnancy tests are generally accurate about 7 to 10 days after a sexual encounter. I can refer you to a pregnancy resource center that can give you a free and confidential test when it has been 7 to 10 days. If you go to http://www.optionline.org, type in your zip code, and click search. You will see pregnancy centers for your area.
