I don;t have stats, but tests done at the doctor are very accurate. Home tests are fairly accurate also. If the test is positive you are almost certainly pregnant. There is a chance that you could be pregnant, but a test could give a negative result if you test too early or if you have an exceptionally low level of the HCG hormone. Blood tests can detect smaller levels of the hormone than urine tests.
