abdominal ripping pain

I’m 12 weeks and I have been getting this almost tearing or ripping feeling in my abdominal area….I had a tiny waste before I got preg and everything seems to show….now I have a little belly and its been growing a little day to day….my friend who is 14 weeks says she gets it after eating…but I feel the pain while sleeping..

I know my baby is okay….I just want to know who else has felt this???
