23 days late,thats not promising

i have a friend who says she’s 23 days late. she’s getting head aches and just feels depressed she didnt have sex but she got really close with him, way too close and she’s not sure. she’s really concerned. she’s only 14, please anyone who might know if its not for real or has any advice please reply!!! thank you so much 🙂
