For the past 12 hours, I’ve been suffering from cramps in the lower of my stomach and back and it’s crippling me. I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and I’m not sure what’s happening or what to do. Have any of you ladies got any advice? I’m soo scared and don’t know where to turn. x
