Hi….. i was wondering how soon after you have sex can u tell u are pregnant? Like how soon for symptoms b/c i have breasts soreness always tired nausea and i have been having sharp pains in my stomach and i cannot seem to be able to lay on my stomach and food that i used to like isnt appealing anymore…… im wondering if its possible to be pregnant b/c me n my boyfriend had sex on the 16 th (its about 8 days after) ……… also how soon can u take a test and it show up? im not sure if its just be being paranoid or not…. plz help…….. thanks a bunch……
you know something… some doctors and professionals will say its impossible to tell that early, but i have to disagree. as soon as a week after me and the guy had unprotected sex, i started getting my first symptoms.
However.. just to let you know.. we had unprotected sex the 23rd of february, and i did not take a test until march 19th. I think that is about 3 almost 3 and a half weeks. Buy a "first response: early" test if you can. I bought that and 2 different brands, and the only one to give me a positive was the first response. I later found out that the other tests would only read positive with higher amounts of HCG (pregnancy hormone)
There is no way you could know you were pregnant yet hunny. It has only been eight days and you would NOT be experiencing ANY symptoms yet, much less changes in appetite or breast soreness. I’m in my 27th week and it wasn’t until 3 weeks ago that my breasts began getting sore. You can take a test AFTER you have missed your next period. Some tests say you can take them before but there is more of a margin for error in those. But no, you would not know if you pregnant yet.
