My daughter is starting to get her two front teeth and she’s only 4 months old…do most babies start getting them this early?
Also, my uncle said that putting the baby origel on their gums would make their gums hard and make it harder for the teeth to come in. Has anyone else heard this? I’ve just been giving her tylonol for now b/c I don’t want to make things harder for her than they already are…
I’ve heard of babies being BORN with teeth….on rare occasions of course :). It’s perfectly normal for babies to get their teeth at 4 months, while it’s also okay for them to not get teeth until they’re a year old! I’ve never heard the orajel theory, and I don’t reccomend you keep it from her if you have some. It will make her feel aLOT better! Hope this helps!
My daughter started to get hers around 10 weeks but they still took forever to actually come in- now shes got another 4 in the past 2 weeks! The baby gels are really nice to have and ive never heard that they do anything bad. Where i live we dont have much of the baby tylenols or anything anymore after they took them off the shelves so the gels i know work great!
perfectly normal. All babies develop differently. They say about 3-6mths is when babies start teething. I noticed my second bub dribbling and getting irritable at about 3mths and thought that was early too, only because my first didnt get hers til about 7mths :P. Honestly i reckon getting them earlier would be better to deal with.
