try sleeping with a cushion or pillow under your bump, lying on your left side, with your upper leg bent at the knee and also supported with a pillow. Has terrible back problems with three out of four pregnancy’s. Also, avois hoovering if u can, worst thing for it. try to sit with somoething supporting the bottom of your back, even a rolled up towel will do, adn if poss, have the seat tilted forward so that your pelvis is tilted, that also helps. Do not lift anything heavy, and always sit and get up from lying down with your knees together.
