I was wondering any tips on how to get my washboard belly back before late september for raiders team. I was almost 20 weeks in when i had my abortion and i got left with the belly of what little i showed. Before i had a flat stomach and abs but i dont have it agian as much as ive worked out for the past 6 months, Ive lost weight but i cant get my stomach back to the way it was. Since most have kids on here i was wondering if mothers have any tips on how to get your body back and what moves.
