I am trying to get conceived, Many say that i shouldn’t move much or do any kind of exercise during that time. Finding very difficult without exercises (like walking for half hour or some yoga). Feel like putting on more weight. But, not sure whether to perform those exercises as want to get conceived. My question is can we exercise ( Walking or some yoga) when trying to get conceived?:)
docotrs tell you to stay active when your pregnant, so i bet walking or yoga (low impact stuff) won’t hurt…..
