SO LADIES!!!…TODAY I WAS IN WALMART…JUST MINDING MY BUSINESS…AND GETTING SOME GROCERIES FOR MY SON…AND MY SON WHOM IS 3YRS OLD…WAS IN THE CART…SINGING "IF YOUR HAPPY AND YOU KNOW IT____!!!"…I DIDN’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM SINGING…BUT I TOLD HIM TO JUST USE HIS INSIDE VOICE…WHICH HE DID..AND I HAD STOPPED FOR A SECOND…TO JUST GET SOMETHING OFF THE SHELF…AND ACROSS FROM US WAS AN OLD MAN…MAYBE ABOUT 70ISH…SO MY SON WAS AT THE PART OF THE SONG WHEN YOU SING…"IF YOUR HAPPY AND YOU KNOW IT, SHOUT HOO-RAY!!!"…AND THATS WHAT HE DID(SHOUTED)…SO I REMINDED HIM…AND SAID "INSIDE VOICES"…AND THE OLD MAN GAVE US THIS DIRTY LOOK…SO I REPLIED AND SAID "I’M SORRY ABOUT THAT SIR"…AND WITH AND ATTITUDE..HE LOOKS AT ME AND SAID "YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOUR SON"…I FELT VERY OFFENDED BY HIS COMMENT…BUT I KEPT MY COOL IN FRONT OF MY SON AND I APOLOGIZED AGAIN…I GUESS HE FELT LIKE IT WASN’T GO ENOUGH…SO HE TELLS ME "DON’T APOLOGIZE JUST CONTROL HIM"…AT THAT POINT I WAS NOT GONNA HOLD MY TONGUE…BECAUSE I TEACH MY SON SELF CONTROL…AND ANOTHER THING HE’S ONLY 3 YEARS OLD…SO WITH MY ATTITUDE I TOLD HIM…"SIR I ALREADY APOLOGIZED TO YOU TWICE..AND IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE WAY I HANDLED THE SITUATION..THEN THAT IS YOUR BUSINESS..BUT I DID RESPECT YOU..AND YOU WILL DO THE SAME FOR ME & MY SON..I MAYBE YOUNG BUT I’M NOT STUPID..AND IF MY CHILD IS SUCH A PROBLEM TO YOU…MAY YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER WALMART TO GO TO"…AND I WALKED OFF..AND THAT WAS THAT..WHEN I GOT HOME I TOLD MY PARENTS WHAT HAPPENED…MY DAD FELT LIKE I WAS RIGHT…BUT MY MOM FELT LIKE I WAS WRONG!!!!:angry:

Maybe the gentleman was having a bad day, but that does not give him the right to take it out on you and that nice little boy of yours. You handled it well.B)
